Ning Wang, a registered architect in Washington state, is a designer with a complex sense of design and a solid technical background. She has 12 years of professional experience, covering a wide range of projects worldwide, including critical mission facilities, high-end retail, super high-rise buildings, mixed-use complexes, and master planning. She also participated in the design of the central plaza for the Dubai Expo 2020. In addition, Ning Wang’s experience includes multiple design competitions, research, and project construction, with skills encompassing conceptual design as well as technical coordination and detailed construction design. She has served multiple times as the technical manager for large project teams, organizing meetings with clients, collaborating with marketing teams, establishing connections with international developers, and being responsible for the final presentation. Keeping up with the times, her background in digital fabrication includes two years of experience working in a manufacturing lab, playing a key role in the digital tools department of an architectural firm, and providing digital design support for Yining Company. Looking forward to Ning Wang’s future development at Yining Architecture, she is expected to push project development on multiple fronts, break through construction technology challenges, and create her own signature works.

Yin Lu, a registered architect in Washington State, has an extensive architectural resume that covers many local project types, including high-end retail, luxury residences, commercial complexes, and premium office buildings. Since graduating with her master’s degree, she has focused on the study of construction technology and building regulations, responsible for design development and construction management. Later, she worked in the city’s architectural department, specializing in the study of building regulations for composite structures. Her outstanding design development capabilities, coupled with a deep understanding of building codes, ensure the feasibility and practicality of innovative ideas. Yin Lu adopts a strategic collaborative approach, working seamlessly with internal teams and external partners while always maintaining efficient time management. Over the past year, Yin Lu has focused on the development of prefabricated housing, closely integrating with international manufacturers to overcome technical challenges such as building regulations. Looking forward to her future development in Yining Architecture, she will embrace new challenges in the ever-changing construction projects, develop innovative solutions, and create the greatest benefits and returns for clients.
